What this website is
This site describes Tumarys Academy, which opens in March 2027 on Segoh street in Samarkand, and allows you to apply for a place or write to us. It is published by the Academy.
The building, and the pictures of it
The Academy is under construction. Every architectural view on this site is a render of the intended building and is captioned as one. We replace each with a photograph of the real thing as the work proceeds. Renders show a design intention; buildings differ from their drawings in small ways, and ours will too.
Fees, dates and places
Tuition is stated as approximately USD 600 per year, the first year has 110 places, and thirty of them are fully funded. These figures are published so that families can plan, and we intend to hold to them. They are not a contract, and if any of them changes we will say so here rather than quietly amending the page.
Applying
Sending an application costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not guarantee a place. We assess applications through a practical task and a conversation, and we will tell you either way.
Our guarantee
We say that every graduate will leave with practical skills, real working experience, and a pathway to employment or a business of her own. We mean it and we expect to be held to it. It describes what the Academy undertakes to provide, not a warranty of any particular job or income, which no school can honestly offer.
Words and pictures on this site
The text, the emblem and the architectural renders belong to Tumarys Academy. Photographs we did not take carry their photographer’s name and their licence beneath them, and those remain the property of their photographers under the licences named.

Where we link to another organisation, we are not responsible for what they publish. We link to vetted local guesthouses on the Visit page; the Academy has no ownership interest in any accommodation it recommends.
Changes
We will update these terms when the Academy changes. The date at the top says when they last did.
