Tumarys Academy is not built apart from the working world; it is built inside it. We exist within a network of hotels, tour operators, craft workshops and technology firms across Samarkand and beyond, and we are designed to be useful to them. A partnership with us is not charity. It is a practical arrangement that solves real problems for your business while helping young people build their futures.

An internship pipeline

Motivated students, already trained in service, communication and digital tools, placed with you in paid internships during their studies, so you meet your future staff before you need to hire them.

Staff training

Short courses for your existing team in languages, hospitality, digital skills and management, taught to the standard of our own curriculum, on a schedule that fits your operation.

First sight of our graduates

You meet them, and can hire them, before anyone else does.

Founding partners

Ten founding partners will help shape the Academy’s first years. They sit with our students at orientation, advise on what the market truly needs, and are visible in everything we publish, as the businesses that helped build something lasting for this city. Partnerships are structured around a mix of internship commitments, staff-training arrangements and support. Write to us and we will design one that fits your business.

Yes. We believe work deserves pay, and paid internships are part of how we prepare students for the real workplace.
