One flagship. One promise.
Everything we teach lives inside one flagship programme, Leaders for Change, a practical, two-year curriculum built on three pillars: leadership, modern soft skills, and career establishment. Within it runs Daughters of Tumarys, our women’s track, which adds two specialised pathways with direct routes to income. Around the flagship, from our opening in March 2027, we run short courses for working adults and for the staff of partner companies.
Students build their own route through the catalogue, and earn a certificate at each stage they complete, so one semester, one year, or two years each ends in a credential worth showing an employer.
Every graduate leaves with practical skills, real working experience, and a pathway to employment or a business of her own. We put it in writing because we mean to be held to it.
